摘　　要：社会工作专业伦理是社会工作的灵魂。当社会工作者所在机构的政策、程序、规章制度或行政命令要求他们从事不符合社会工作伦理守则的实务工作时,社会工作者就陷入了双重身份的伦理困境。本文通过解读《美国社会工作伦理守则》并结合社会工作者的实际处境,从角色理论视角分析双重身份产生的伦理困境及存在的弊端,在理论层面和实务层面进行反思和讨论。Social work professional ethics is the soul of social work. The social workers are required to undertake what is not in conformity with the pragmatic work of social work code of ethics when social workers organization policies, procedures, rules and regulations or administrative put forward their orders. So social workers are in the dilemma of double identity. In this paper, the author analyzes dual identity ethical dilemmas and disadvantages through the interpretation of American social work code of ethics based on the practical situation of social workers.
