摘　　要：失效模式与效应分析(Failure mode and effect analysis,FMEA)在医院安全用药管理中应用广泛,本文查阅近期国内相关文献,对其应用现状进行分析总结,结果表明,FMEA能提升医院安全用药管理质量,提高患者用药的有效性和安全性。同时,药学部门应充分借鉴国内外学者应用FMEA的成功经验,开展安全用药管理研究,以保障患者的用药安全。Failure mode and effect analysis（FMEA） is widely used for drug safety management in hospital. By reviewing the latest literatures of related researches, the results show that FMEA can enhance the quality of drug safety management and improve the effectiveness and safety of the patients with medication. Meanwhile, in order to ensure the safety of medication,pharmacy departments should pay more attention to the successful experience of FMEA and carry out safe medication management research.
