摘  要:电弧炉(EAF)利用电极之间的弧光产生热量来熔化金属,特别是在起弧的瞬间,电流变化为突然变化,波动极为剧烈,最大时可接近短路,最小时为开路,频繁变化的电流在电网阻抗上形成了电压降,引起电网电压的波动,导致电网电能质量恶化,笔者针对起弧瞬间电压波动的问题对某变电站现有的SVC系统进行了分析,指出了其中的不足之处,并依据仿真结果的比较,给出了合理的改进方案,最后得到了较为满意的结果。The electric arc furnace (EAF) uses the heat caused by the arc light between electrodes to melt the metal. Especially at the instant of arc ignition, the current varies abruptly with severe fluctuation. The highest fluctuation closes to short circuit,whilst the lowest fluctuation just like open circuit. Frequent variation of the current would cause voltage drop on the network impedance, result in the fluctuation of network voltage and lead to deterioration of power quality.In this paper,the influence of voltage fluctuation at instant of arc ignition on existing SVC reactive power compensation system of certain substation is analyzed, its shortcoming is pointed out and reasonable modification program is given on the basis of comparison of simulation result.Finally, very satisfactory result is obtained.
