螺旋CT仿真内镜技术对原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的：探讨螺旋CT 仿真内镜（CTVE）技术对原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法收集2011年1月至2013年12月在河北联合大学附属医院住院的37例原发性小肠肿瘤患者的临床资料进行分析，患者术前均行CTVE检查，将其诊断结果与病理诊断进行比较分析。结果 CTVE检查结果与病理诊断的一致性检验（ Kappa检验）结果表明，二者一致性较好（ Kappa≥0．70）。 CTVE诊断原发性小肠肿瘤的敏感性为100．0％（25/25），特异性为92．6％（25/27）。结论 CTVE是一种便捷、安全的检查方法，具有高度的准确性，为原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断提供了广阔的前景。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of spiral CT virtual endoscopy （ CTVE） in patients with primary tumors of small intestines .Methods Clinical data of 37 patients with primary tumors of the small in-testines , from January 2011 to December 2013 , were analyzed .All patients underwent CTVE examination .The di-agnostic results were compared with pathological diagnosis .Results Consistency test （ Kappa test ） results showed that the two methods were good consistency （Kappa values ≥0.70）.The sensitivity of CTVE in the diagnosis of primary tumors of small intestine was 100.0%（25/25） and specificity was 92.6%（25/27）.Conclusions CTVE is a convenient and safe method of examination .CTVE has a high degree of accuracy , providing a broad prospect for the diagnosis of primary tumors of small intestines .
