摘　　要：简要介绍采用萃取、过滤、蒸馏的方法来提纯NHD溶液,对提纯前后溶液的分析数据进行对比,并总结了装置的运行参数及消耗等应用情况。The paper briefly introduces purify NHD solution by using extraction, filtration and distillation, it also contrasts data before and after solution purification, and summarizes applications of device operation parameters and consumption.
