摘　　要：系统介绍了汽轮机运行3年后出现的故障情况,从蒸汽品质方面分析调查,找出故障原因是由于蒸汽中钙、镁离子有时超标,致使叶片结垢,并具体分析结垢的位置。经采用湿蒸汽进行冲洗,清洗结垢的效果显著。The paper systematically introduces arisen malfunction status of steam turbine after operating 3 years later, analyzes and surveys from steam quality, finds out malfunction reasons are because calcium and magnesium overproof sometimes in steam, which causes vane scaling, in addition, it analyzes location of the scaling. After washing with wet steam, the effect is remarkable.
