摘　　要：党的十八届三中全会所提出的"深化教育领域综合改革,健全促进就业创业体制机制"的战略思想,为我国高等教育事业的发展指明了方向。培养高质量的人才是高等教育发展的核心任务,也是科教强国的基本要求。全国各地高校应紧紧围绕培养高质量人才这一核心,以十八届三中全会精神为契机,优化学科专业结构、培养大学生实践创新精神、推动就业创业教育,从而培养出社会所需求的高质量人才。In this paper ,the party’s eighteen plenary session raise ,to deepen the comprehensive reform of education field ,im-prove the system of employment entrepreneurship mechanism. Training high quality talents is the core task of higher education development;it is also the basic requirements of science and education power. Across the country in colleges and universities should be tightly around training high -quality talent the core ,in order to the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the eighteen as an opportunity ,optimize the structure of professional disciplines ,training college students practice innovative spirit ,promoting employment and entrepreneurship education ,training high quality talents of social demanded.
