摘　　要：重视群众工作始终是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。作者立足于贵州省省情,从贵州省群众工作面临的形势、群众工作的新特点和新问题出发,认为各级党委政府和干部应紧紧围绕为民务实清廉主题,深入基层、转变作风,密切党同人民群众的血肉联系,团结和依靠群众做好群众工作,从抓民生、抓能力、抓作风、抓创新、抓基础等方面加强和改进群众工作。Emphasis on mass work had always been our party ’s fine tradition and political advantage.The author based on the situation of Guizhou Province ,analyzed situation and problems、the new features and new problems of mass work ,and appealed the Government and cadres should focus on pragmatic and honest people theme ,grassroots ,change the style ,attention the party and the people close blood ties ,solidarity and rely on the masses to do mass work. ,and strengthen and improve mass work from livelihood ,ability ,style ,innovation and basis.
