我国财政支农的现实思考与对策

摘　　要：近年来,我国每年的财政支农规模都在持续增大,但由于资金总量投入不足、支农结构不合理、管理体制不完善等诸多原因,导致了财政支农效率欠佳的局面,极大地制约了农业的发展。因此,在当今时代背景下,想要发展好农业就必须加大财政支农力度,加强农村财政制度建设,加快农村财政监督体制建设。这不仅是建设社会主义新农村、提高我国农业竞争力的必然要求,更是是构建社会主义和谐社会、全面建成小康社会的必然要求。Inrecentyears ,China’sannualfinancialexpenditurescalecontinuestoincrease ,manyreasonsbutbecauseofinsuf-ficient funds ,the total investment expenditure structure is not reasonable ,management system is not perfect ,resulting in poor ef-ficiency of the fiscal situation ,which greatly restricts the development of agriculture .Therefore ,in the present era background , want to develop agriculture must increase financial support for agriculture ,strengthen rural financial system construction ,acceler-ate the construction of the system of rural financial supervision .This is not only the building of a new socialist countryside ,the inevitable requirement to improve agricultural competitiveness of China ,is building a socialist harmonious society is the inevitable requirement of the well-off society ,fully completed .
