生态文明下安顺经济的可持续发展

摘　　要：传统经济增长模式的重要缺陷在于低估了自然的反作用,没有把环境成本计算到经济成本之中,并把自然资源看作是取之不尽、用之不竭的原料仓,忽略了资源的有限性及其自生、再生和共生。生态经济是一种生态文明的经济发展表现形态,旨在摆脱现实社会面临的各种困境的一种理念及其实现途径的具体模式,可持续发展呼唤人类从传统工业化的经济增长方式和经济发展方式转向生态经济发展方式。An important limitation of the traditional model of economic growth is to underestimate the role of anti nature ,not the environmental cost calculation to the economic cost ,and the natural resources are inexhaustible ,be inexhaustible as raw mate-rial bin ,ignoring the limited resources and antigenic ,regeneration and symbiosis .Ecological economy is a form of economic devel-opment shows a specific pattern of ecological civilization ,a concept to get rid of all kinds of difficulties facing the social reality and its realization approach ,sustainable development calls for human beings from the traditional industrialization mode of economic growth and economic development to the ecological economic development mode .
