摘 要:煤层气原料气中煤粉颗粒微小、含量较高,易造成管输系统磨损,且严重影响压缩机的运行效率和流量计的计量准确率。为此,合理选取测试取样点,采用滤筒捕集称重方法测得了煤层气原料气中固体粉尘的平均浓度,采用在线检测方法测得了煤层气原料气中固体粉尘浓度的动态变化和粒径分布,采用在线水露点仪和分子筛吸附等方法计算出水蒸气含量和游离水含量,进而分析得知煤层气原料气中固体粉尘的基本成分,计算出了固体粉尘颗粒物的平均分子量和密度,掌握各采气区块的气体含杂质状况。利用现场调研、方案设计、现场试验和数据综合分析的方法,可获得小型煤层气集输管线系统中固体粉尘和水含量的运移规律,了解阀组个体的工况状态和集气场站的运行状况,有助于对存在的问题制订出针对性的措施。该成果对沁水盆地煤层气集输管网平稳高效运行具有指导意义。CBM gas containing a high content of tiny coal dusts will be detrimental to gathering and flow lines and associated facili- ties, and have a bad impact on a compressor's efficiency and a flowmeter^s accuracy. Therefore, a case study was conducted in the Qinshui CBM Gas Field. First, selecting a proper testing point on the gathering and flow lines, we adopted a filter cartridge to cap- ture and weigh the solid dusts and calculated their concentration in the CBM gas. Then, we applied the onine testing method to ob tain the variations of solid dust concentration and particle size distribution. We also calculated the in line water vapor and free water content through a water dew-point meter, sieve absorber, etc. On this basis, we found out the basic constituents of solid dusts and further calculated the average molecular weight and density of solid dust particles. In this way, we could know the status of impuri ties contained in the produced gas at various CBM gas production blocks in this field. Through field investigation, scheme design, pi lot test, and data analysis, we knew how solid dusts and water content are changing in a small pipeline system and how an individual valve group or a gas gathering station is working. Thus, we can work out targeted control measures and positive proposals, providing an important guidance for the operators to ensure the steady, safe and high-efficiency operation of gathering and flow lines in the Qinshui CBM Gas Field.
