摘 要:目的构建尿路造口患者健康教育评价标准。方法通过文献资料法、理论分析法、质性研究法及德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,根据健康信念模式"知、信、行"三级目标理论模式,拟订尿路造口患者健康教育评价标准。结果专家咨询的权威程度系数为0.81,判断系数为0.88,熟悉系数为0.74;最终确定尿路造口患者健康教育评价标准包括一级指标3条、二级指标30条,一、二级指标的协调系数分别为0.991、0.476,协调系数比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应用Delphi法构建的健康教育评价标准可为临床护士开展健康指导并评价实施效果提供参考依据。Objective To develop the health education standards for patients with cystostomy. Methods The health education standards were formulated by using literature review,theoretical analysis,interviews and Delphi method based on health belief model. Results The authority coefficient,determination coeffieient and familiar coeffi- cient of the experts was 0.81,0.88 and 0.74,respectively. The health education standards consisted of three first-level items and 30 second-level items. The coordination coefficient of first-level and second-level items was 0.991 and 0.476,respectively. Conclusion The health education standards can provide guidance for clinical nurses to implement and evaluate health education for patients with cystostomy.
