摘　　要：总结了17例球囊阻断术辅助治疗再发胸腹主动脉夹层患者的术中护理。通过体位管理、体温维护、保护中枢神经系统等护理措施,减少了手术并发症;依据手术进程密切配合医生操作,手术均顺利完成。This paper summarizes intraoperative care of 17 patients suffering from recurrence of thoracoabdominal aortic dissection treated by balloon occlusion. The nursing measures including position management,body temperature and protection of the central nervous system reduced the operation complications. According to the operation processes,operating nurses cooperate closely with the doctors and the operations were completed successfully.
