摘　　要：目的探讨耳穴压豆疗法配合同事支持干预对护士心理状况的影响。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对311名护士进行评估,根据评估结果,对护士群体的心理状况进行分析,把筛选出的162名护士分为两组,实验组采用耳穴压豆疗法配合同事支持干预,对照组只给予同事支持干预。结果干预后两组护士SCL-90得分均较干预前明显改善,其中实验组焦虑和敌对均分下降较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医耳穴压豆疗法配合同事支持干预能够明显改善护士的心理健康状况。Objective To evaluate the effects of ear acupressure therapy combined with peer support on nurses＇ mental health. Methods Totally 162 nurses were divided into two groups. The 85 nurses in the experimental group received ear acupressnre therapy combined with peer support,while the 77 nurses in the control group received routine peer support. The nurses were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） before and after intervention. Results After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group decreased significantly;the anxiety score and hostility score were significantly lower in the experimental group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ear acupressure therapy combined with peer support can improve nurses＇ mental health.
