摘　　要：目的调查广东省52家医院手术室一次性使用医用高值耗材用后毁形现状,探讨高值耗材用后毁形模式,为保障医疗安全提供参考。方法面向广东省52家医院手术室发放无记名调查问卷,统计各家医院一次性使用医用高值耗材的毁形处理方式方法。结果医院高值耗材总体毁形实施率低,不同级别医院高值耗材用后毁形率差异无统计学意义。毁形率最高的是体外循环管路(8/15)。毁形管理不规范,存在较大的潜在安全隐患。结论对于一次性使用医用高值耗材,任何管理环节有漏洞都存在极大的安全隐患。一次性使用医用高值耗材用后毁形亟待规范和监管,并保障管理措施的落实。Objective To investigate the destruction of high-value disposable medical consumables in the operating rooms of 52 hospital in Guangdong province and to discuss the possible destruction models so as to ensure patient safety. Methods Anonymous questionnaires were distributed to the operating rooms of 52 hospitals in Guangdong province to investigate the destruction methods of high-value disposable medical consumables. Results In general,the destruction rate of high-value disposable medical consumables was low. There was no significant difference in the destruction rate of high-value medical consumables between different level hospitals（P〉0.05）. The destruction rate of the extracorporeal circulation catheters was the highest（53.33%）. The management of destruction was not standard and there were safety hazards. Conclusion In the management of high-value disposable medical consumables,any negligence can impose great safety hazards. The methods and implementation of destruction of high-value disposable medical consumables needs to be standardized and further improved.
