摘　　要："红色文化"是中华民族的特色文化,是中国人最宝贵的精神财富。在当前多元文化冲击下的大学校园,要深刻认识"红色文化"的内涵价值及其在大学生思想引领中的作用,把"红色文化"作为开展大学生思想引领工作的重要载体,探索实践以"红色文化"开展大学生思想引领工作的途径。＂Red Culture＂ is the Chinese nation＇s cultural characteristics and Chinese people＇s most precious spiritual wealth. In the university campus under the impact of muhi-cuhure, it is essential to have a profound understanding in the connotation value of ＂Red Culture＂ and its role in leading the students＂ ideology, with ＂Red Culture＂ as the important carrier in this work, so as to explore and practice the ways to carry out the work with it.
