民族高校学生现代人格发展现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：对民族高校学生现代人格的培养与塑造,始终是民族地区走向现代化的重要课题。通过对部分民族高校学生的深入调查,发现其人格现代化总体水平较高,但是存在着现代意识与行为偏离、理想主义色彩较为浓厚以及不同民族的学生现代人格发展不平衡等问题,其中转型社会的现实影响,多元文化、历史的影响和教育因素的缺失是其主要影响因素。The cultivation and modeling of the students＇ modern personality has always been the important subject of ethnic regions in achieving modernization in the universities for nationalities. Through further surveys among some students in the universities for nationalities, it is found that their personality modernization levels are overall higher, but there also exist such problems as modern consciousness and behavior deviation, more idealism and unbalanced development of different ethnic students＂ modern personalities, etc. The main influencing factors are the transformation of social reality, multicultural history and the lack of education.
