摘　　要：目前家政服务业急需家政教育和培训人才,在本科院校开设相关专业培训家政人才符合现实需要。而本科院校家政人才培养,需要明确人才培养目标,优化家政课程体系,强化实习教学基地建设,打造专业教师队伍,开展国际交流合作。At present, home service industry is in urgent need of domestic administrative education and personnel training. It meets the practical need to set up relevant majors to train home helpers in universities. However, in training such personnel, it is essential to do the following： definite the goal of personnel＇training; optimize housekeeping curriculum system; strengthen the practice teaching base construction; train professional teachers; develop international exchanges and cooperation.
