摘 要:介绍了南方地区传统民居外墙的一种构造措施,分析了该类型墙体的优缺点,并通过建立数学模型,计算了该墙体的热工性能。结果表明,该墙体全年外墙传热系数在0.7 W/(m2·K)左右,可以满足夏热冬冷地区与夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准的相关要求;对于该类型墙体构造,加强墙体空气间层的气密性尤为重要,一定要在内外墙均作相应处理;由于普通铝箔等氧化后辐射发射率明显升高,所以在空气间层壁面涂覆非抗氧化性铝箔,不仅对于提高隔热性能效果不佳,还将造成施工工艺复杂。介绍的传统民居外墙构造可在一些抗震要求不高的城市建筑填充墙中加以应用,一方面可以节约建设成本,同时还能起到良好的节能效果。A structural measure of the exterior wall of traditional dwelling in southern region was described.The advantages and disadvantages of the wall were analyzed.The mathematical model was established.The themal perfomance of the wall was calculated.The results showe that the heat transfer coefficient of the wall is about 0.7 W/(m2 · K)all year,it can fully meet the relevant requirements of the hot in summer and cold in winter and hot in summer and hot in winter region's residential building energy efficiency design standards.It is particularly important to strengthen the air tightness of the wall's air space.Radiated emission rate increased significantly due to oxidation of aluminum foil,so it will not achieve significant effect to coated aluminum foil in the inter-layer.The structural measure of the exterior wall can be applied to the infill walls in less seismic city.It will save cost and improve energy efficiency.
