摘　　要：利用自育的质不育系7103A作母本,用B101R(从"FOX×中双4号"后代材料中得到的1个突变株)作轮回亲本,通过定向选择,转育成新的温度稳定型油菜不育系B101A及其保持系B101B。B101A具有低芥酸(0.00%)、低硫甙(18.50μmol/g)、高含油量(43.47%)、配合力高、早熟等优良特性,其整个花期和不同年份基本无花粉,制种安全,且较易配制出强优势的杂交组合,具有较好的开发应用前景。The new rape sterile line B 101 A and its maintainer line B 101 B were bred through directional selection with cytoplasm male sterile line 7103A as female parent and B101R as recurrent parent.The cyto-plasm male sterile line 7103 A was bred by Xinyang Institute of Agricultural Sciences , and the mutant strain B101R was obtained from the progeny of FOX ＆#215;Zhongshuang 4.B101A had some excellent properties such as lower erucic acid content （ 0 .00%） , lower glucosinolate content （ 18 .50 μmol/g ） , higher oil content （43.47%）, higher combining ability and precocity;there were no pollen during the whole flowering stage , so it was safe for seed production , and was easy to make cross combinations with strong advantages .This line had better development prospect .
