摘　　要：以鱼台县为研究区域,对鱼台县城乡建设用地现状和存在问题进行了分析。在建立鱼台县城乡建设用地集约程度评价指标体系的基础上,运用专家咨询法及AHP层次分析法确立了各指标的权重,利用综合指数法计算出城乡建设用地集约程度综合得分。提出了适当的对策和建议,以期为进一步研究鱼台城乡建设用地集约利用相关问题提供参考。Taking Yutai County as research region , the present situation and problems of urban and rural construction land were analyzed firstly in this paper .Based on establishing the index system to evaluate the in-tensive degree of urban and rural construction land , the methods of expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process （ AHP） were used to confirm the weight of each index , and the comprehensive score of intensive de-gree was calculated through comprehensive index method .In the end, some suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the further research of urban and rural construction land intensive use in Yutai County .
