摘 要:新疆野苹果是我国新疆天山野果林区中珍贵的第三纪孑遗植物,具有抗寒性强、耐虫、耐病、耐旱等优良性状。新疆野苹果不仅是我国苹果属重要的野生资源,也是我国果树遗传育种优质的抗逆种质资源。了解新疆野苹果在逆境条件下的生命活动规律,对植物抗逆育种和增产增收都具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了近年来新疆野苹果在基因水平、蛋白质水平和生理生化水平逆境响应机制的研究进展,提出未来对新疆野苹果的逆境响应机制研究应更深入到分子生物学水平。Malus sieversii (Lebed.) Roem.is a precious tertiary relict plant, which mainly distributed in Tianshan wild fruit forest in Xinjiang .Malus sieversii is a wild apple species with cold , insect , disease and drought resistances and other good traits .It is not only an important wildlife resource , but also a good germ-plasm resource for stress -resistant breeding of fruit tree in our country .It would be significant to plant stress -resistant breeding and production increasing to know about the life activity laws of Malus sieversii in adversity. The recent research progresses of response mechnism to adversity in M.sieversii were summerized in this paper from gene,protein,physiological and biochemical levels .It was also put forward that the research on response mechanism to adversity should be more further at molecular biological level .
