摘　　要：当前国内医学本科生普遍欠缺创新思维及实践能力。高校教师亟需改进创新教学模式,尝试综合运用兴趣激励、创新思维训练、学生创新能力问卷调查、创新实践科研训练等方法,开展一系列学生自主、教师辅助的医学创新实践活动,以提高医学本科生创新实践能力,为适应未来社会医疗卫生事业发展需求进行创新培养模式探索。The current medical undergraduates generally lack innovative thinking and practical abili-ty.It is necessary for colleges to carry out a series of innovative medical practice activities organized by students themselves and aided by teachers to improve and innovate the teaching modes by trying compre-hensively using interest encouraging methods,innovative thinking training,questionnaires of students ＆#39;innovative ability and innovative practice research training,etc.to enhance the innovation practical abil-ity of medical undergraduates,and to explore the innovative training mode to meet the needs of develop-ment of the medical and health cause in future.
