摘 要:针对原型气体绝缘母线(GIB)温升试验耗时长且成本高的不足,提出一种基于相似理论与准则关联式的电磁场-温度场综合模拟方法。借助控制方程组与准则关联式建立温升过程中功率损耗、对流传热以及辐射传热的数学模型,通过相似分析推导出GIB多物理场的温升相似准则,并设计相似模型。利用有限元方法对比不同负荷电流下,原型GIB与相似模型的导体与外壳的电流密度、功率损耗、对流传热系数以及温度分布,并与温升试验数据进行对比分析,验证了所提模拟方法的有效性。Aiming at the long time consumption and high cost of prototype temperature-rise experiment,a method of comprehensive electromagnetic-temperature similarity theory and nondimensional correlation is proposed. The mathematical convection and radiation are established according to the governing equations correlations,the temperature-rise similarity criteria of GIB multi-physical field GIB(Gas Insulated Bus) field simulation based on models of power loss, and the nondimensional is derived by similarity analysis and the similarity model is designed. Finite element method is applied to compare the current density, power loss, convective heat transfer coefficient and temperature distribution of conductor/tank between the prototype GIB and the similarity model for different load currents. They are also compared with the data of temperature-rise experiment,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
