摘　　要：当今世界科学技术高速发展,知识文化在不断更新,我们周围的世界迅速地改变着。16世纪以来科技革命带来的巨变,离不开科学技术、文化知识的创新发现。一个民族缺乏创新就难以进步和发展,难以屹立于世界民族之林。大学要遵循学习规律,研究分析促进大学生创新学习的因素,培养学生学会创新学习。With the rapid development of science and technology in today＇s world,knowledge and culture is constantly updated, and the world around us rapidly changes. The great changes brought about by the revolution of science and technology since the 16th century can not happen without the innovative discovery of science and technology,and cultural knowledge. It is difficult for a nation lacking innovation to progress,develop and stand out among the world nations. University must follow learning rules,research and ana-lyze the elements of promoting university students＇ innovative learning,and train students to be good at innovative learning.
