摘　　要：目的探讨威灵仙不同品种外用抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过造蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀模型,二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,小鼠热板致痛等药理实验,观察威灵仙水煎剂外用抗炎镇痛作用。结果威灵仙能减轻大鼠足跖度肿胀度,明显减轻小鼠的耳肿胀度,提高小鼠痛阈值。结论威灵仙外用具有好的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To discuss on anti - inflammatory and analgesic effect of external application of different varieties of Clematis. Methods Making Swollen toe model on rat induced by albumen, auricular swelling model in rats induced by P - xylene, pain in mice induced by hot - plate observated topical anti - inflammatory and analgesic action of Clematis. Resuits Clematis can reduce the degree of swollen toe, significantly reduce mouseear swelling, increase pain Threshold in Mice. Conclusion Clematis with a good anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects.
