摘 要:目的研究附子正丁醇、水提取物对虚寒证模型大鼠琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、附子正丁醇组、附子水提物组,模型组与治疗组大鼠均予灌含生药量3.2 g/ml的造模药5ml,每天1次,连续14天,空白对照组每天灌服等量的生理盐水,分光光度数法检测大鼠肝匀浆液中的琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性。结果与空白对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠琥珀酸脱氢酶含量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组相比,附子正丁醇、水提取物组琥珀酸脱氢酶含量明显升高(P<0.01);与空白对照组相比,模型对照组大鼠乳酸脱氢酶含量明显升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组相比,附子水提取物组乳酸脱氢酶含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论虚寒证模型大鼠组琥珀酸脱氢酶活性明显低于空白对照组和治疗组,乳酸脱氢酶活性明显高于空白对照组和治疗组。附子正丁醇和水提取物能提高虚寒证大鼠的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性、降低乳酸脱氢酶活性,有利于虚寒证大鼠的物质代谢的恢复,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性降低可能是造成虚寒证的原因之一,但仍需后续的研究进一步确认。Objective Research the liveness of SDH and LDH in virtual cold syndrome rat models influenced by aconite normal butanol and water extract. Methods SPF grade Wistar rats were divided into four groups : blank control group ( group 1 ), model control group( group 2 ), aconite normal butanol group( group 3 ) , aconite water group( group 4 ). Make the rats in model control and treatment groups eat the molding medicine borning with dosage 3.2g/ml 5g every day for 14 days. Detect the content of Succinie dehydrogenase and lactic dehydrogenase from virtual cold syndrome rat's blood plasma and liver by spectrophotometer. Resuits The liveness of Succinic dehydrogenase in group 2 is obvious lower than group 1 ( P〈0.01 ) ; the liveness of Succinie dehydrogenase in group 3 and 4 is taller than group 2 (P〈0.01 ). The liveness of lactic dehydrogenase in group 2 is lower than group 1 ( P〈0.05 ) ; the liveness of lactic dehydrogenase in group 4 is lower than group 2 ( P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The liveness of Suecinic dehydrogenase in group 2 is lower than group 1 and treatment groups. The liveness of lactic dehydrogenase in group 2 is taller than group 1 and treatment groups. Aconite extract in normal butanol and water can enhance the liveness of Succinic dehydrogenase and reduce the liveness of lactic dehydrogenase in virtual cold syndrome rat models. The low liveness of Succinic dehydrogenase may be one of the reason of cold syndrome rat models, but it still needed subsequent research to more acknowledgement.
