摘  要:目的确定二精方中总多糖的提取工艺并进行含量测定。方法分别采用回流提取法与超声提取法提取枸杞总多糖、黄精总多糖及二精方中总多糖,通过苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量,确定最佳提取工艺。结果标准曲线:Y=45.92-0.030 4,R2=0.999 7;精密度RSD为0.974 4%;重复性RSD为2.953 8%;稳定性RSD为1.766 9%;加样回收率为98.48%。二精方回流提取得率17.546%,含量45.4%;二精方超声提取得率12.915%,含量57.4%;枸杞回流黄精超声提取二精方多糖,含量70.0%;枸杞超声黄精回流提取二精方多糖,含量48.5%。结论二精方多糖最佳提取工艺为枸杞回流提取黄精超声提取,合并提取多糖。Objective To determine the extraction process of total polysaccharidos in wolfberry Polygonatum prescription and make content . Methods Using reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides, sealwort, medlar polysaccharide Polygonatum prescription in total polysaccharide,the determination of the polysaccharide content by phenol - sul- furic acid method, to determine the optimal extraction process. Results The standard curve : Y = 45.92X - 0. 030 4,R2 = 0. 999 7, precision of RSD O. 9744% ,repeatability of RSD was 2. 9538% ;the stability of the RSD was 1. 7669% ;the rate of recovery was 98.48%. WolPoerry Polygonatum prescription with reflux extraction yield is 17. 546% ,content of 45.4% ;wolfberry Polygonatum prescription with ultrasonic extraction rate of 12. 915%, content 57.4% ; Wolfberry reflux Polygonatum ultrasound, content 70% ; Wolfberry ultrasonic Polygonatum reflux, content of 48.5%. Conclusion The best extraction technology is Wolfberry reflux extracting and polygonatum ultrasonic extraction,merging the extracted polysaccharides.
