摘　　要：目的采用近红外光谱快速鉴别炮制前后的马钱子。方法收集生马钱子和砂烫马钱子,采用近红外光谱仪采集数据,经过预处理后对图谱进行分析鉴别。结果经实验,近红外光谱技术可鉴别马钱子炮制前后的样品。结论此方法能够快速、无损地鉴别炮制前后的马钱子,可在日常的生产中进行监控,控制炮制生产过程。Objective To identify Nux Vomica and the processed with hot sand by using NIR spectrum. Methods Collecting the data of Nux Vomica and the processed by using NIR and analyzing the difference after pretreatment. Results The method can distinguish Nux Vomica and the processedwith hot sand. Conclusion NIR can identify Nux Vomica and the processed quickly and accurately, which can be used to control the productive process.
