摘　　要：目的把本体作为知识表达和共享的载体,将分散的老年性痴呆知识组织起来。方法采用本体理论和方法,以老年性痴呆为研究实例,运用本体构建软件protégé。结果建立老年性痴呆领域本体。结论构建老年性痴呆中医药本体是利用信息技术为老年性痴呆研究服务的数据技术基础,领域本体库的构建将为对知识共享和疾病诊疗决策带来革新性的变化。Objective To use ontology as the carrier of knowledge representation and sharing, organize dispersed knowledge of se- nile dementia. Methods Uses the ontology theory and method of the ontology, set senile dementia as the research example. Results Establish senile dementia domain ontology knowledge base. Conclusion Construction of senile dementia ontology is to use information technology of Chinese medicine for senile dementia research services of data base technology, the construction of domain ontology library will bring on knowledge sharing and disease diagnosis and treatment of auxiliary decision innovative changes.
