摘　　要：近年来甾体皂苷在防治心脑血管疾病、抗肿瘤、降血糖和免疫调节等方面的作用越来越受到国内外专家学者的关注,该文简要概述了近五年对其提取、纯化及含量测定的方法,以期为更好地开发甾体皂苷类药物提供理论依据和技术参考。In recent years, researchers pay more and more attention to the biological activities of steroidal saponins in prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anti -tumor, lowering blood sugar and immune regulation. For the hope of providing a theoretical basis and technical reference for developing steroidal saponins drugs, this paper gives a brief overview of methods for extraction, purification and quantitative determination of steroidal saponins during five years.
