摘　　要：原发性高血压是遗传和环境等因素引起的进行性心血管综合征,是常见的慢性病。其中,肾脏是高血压相关损害的重要靶器官之一,近年来高血压所导致的终末期肾病的发生率呈逐年上升的趋势,国内外实验研究证实,肾损害早期,肾功能可以逆转,因此高血压肾损害早期得到及时防治具有重要意义;中医药在防治高血压肾损害、保护肾功能方面亦发挥重要作用。转化生长因子-β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)作为一种调节细胞的生长、分化、迁移、凋亡及细胞外基质生成的生长因子之一,在高血压肾损害发生、发展及转归中发挥着重要作用。Essential hypertension is caused by genetic and environmental factors such as progressive cardiovascular syndrome, is a common chronic diseases. Among them, hypertension - related kidney is the major target organ damage in recent years, high blood pressure caused by the incidence of end - stage renal disease showed an increasing trend, domestic and foreign experimental studies confirm that early renal damage, renal function can be reversed, so timely early hypertensive renal damage prevention is important, Chinese medicine also plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension kidney damage, protection of renal function. Transforming growth factor - β1 as a regulator of cell growth, differentiation, migration, apoptosis and extracellular matrix production of growth factors, one of the hypertensive renal damage has occurred, development and plays an important role in prognosis.
