摘　　要：舒鹏教授在治疗消化道肿瘤尤其是胃癌方面有着独到的疗效,通过查阅文献并结合自身的临证经验,认为胃癌的发生发展离不开脾胃虚弱这一因素,在治疗胃癌时务必要重视健脾养胃以固本,强调理气活血、化痰散结以治标,不忘辨证与辨病相结合,力求改变癌变微环境,以减少胃癌术后的复发转移。／Professor SHU Peng had a unique effect in the treatment of digestive tract tumors especially gastric cancer. Through literature and combined with her own clinical experience,she thought that the spleen and stomach weak was critical factor of the incidence and development of gastric cancer. In order to reduce recurrence and metastasis of postoperative gastric cancer or change the cancer microenvironment,we must attach importance to strengthening spleen and nourishing stomach,emphasize on regulating Qi and activating blood or removing phlegm and dissipating a mass, dont forget the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation in the treatment of gastric cancer.
