摘 要:目的研究白花前胡种质资源间的遗传关系。方法对采自浙江、安徽、湖北、河南、贵州、江西等地的31份野生白花前胡种质进行ISSR遗传多样性分析。结果5条引物共扩增出41条带,其中多样性条带39条,多态位点百分率为95.1%。各产地白花前胡样品间的相似系数为0.201~0.822;所有样本聚为四个大枝,其中浙江省6个样本全部聚在第1支,河南省3个样本全部在第Ⅲ枝,湖北省9个样本全部聚在第Ⅳ枝。结论白花前胡种质资源遗传变异丰富,遗传关系与产地具有一定的相关性,但不是严格按地理界线进行聚类。白花前胡具有较高的遗传多样性,ISSR可以作为研究白花前胡遗传多样性及遗传分化的有效标记。Objective To investigate the genetic relationships of Peucedanum praeruptorum at the molecular biology level. Methods Thirty one wide germplasm resources of P. praeruptorum collected from Zhejiang,Anhui,Hubei,Henan,Guizhou and Jiangxi Provinces were analyzed by inter-simple sequence repeat( ISSR). Results A total of 5 primers were screened and 41 bands were amplified,among which 39 bands( 95. 1%) were found to be polymorphic. Similarity coefficient between different samples ranged from 0. 201 to 0. 822. Thirty one germplasm resources of P. praeruptorum clustered into four groups,of which all six ones from Zhejiang Province in the first group; all three ones from Henan Province gathered in the third group; all 9 ones from Hubei Province gathered in the fourth group. Conclusion There is abundant genetic diversity in the germplasm resources of P. praeruptorum,Genetic relationship and producing area have a certain relevance,but it is not their clustering in strict accordance with the geographical boundaries. P. praeruptorum holds high genetic diversity and the ISSR marker could be used for the analysis of the genetic diversity and genetic variation of P. praeruptorum
