摘  要:目的研究不同种植区土壤对川芎药材中无机元素种类和含量的影响及川芎药材对土壤中无机元素的富集作用。方法样品经聚四氟乙烯内胆高压消解灌消解前处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)测定,采用SPSS18.0软件进行相关性分析。结果各元素在相应范围内的线性良好(r>0.999)、精密度好(RSD<4%,n:6),回收率为92.7%~107.9%。结论不同种植区土壤与川芎药材中无机元素存在显著相关,川芎对有害元素cd的富集能力强,有4个产区药材样品Cd含量超标,As、Cu、Ph的含量均符合标准。Objective To study the correlation of inorganic elements in Ligusticum chuanxiong and Origin Soil. Methods Microwave assisted digestion technique was applied for the preparation of samples, and inductively coupled plasmas ( ICP - MS ) was used for the determination of inorganic elements ,analyze the data by SPSS18.0. Results Conclusion Medicinal materials and inorganic elements in soil are significantly in positive correlation, ( r 〉0. 999 ), high degree of precision ( RSD 〈 4%, n = 6 ), and range of recovery rate is 92.7% - 107.9%. Ligusticum chuanxiong has a stronger enrichment effect on harmful element Cd, the content of Cd in 4 samples exceeded criterion,the content of Pb. Cu and As in all of 5 samples were wlth the limitation.
