摘 要:固井地锚在套管底部的锚固可靠性在预应力固井中占有重要地位。从理论和试验2方面分析验证地锚的工作可靠性,同时测定了2种地锚在配不同孔径喷嘴的情况下,锚爪的开启流量和关闭流量,测定了不同流量下不同喷嘴的压降,确定了喷嘴的流量系数。分析结果表明,2种地锚在使用不同孔径喷嘴的情况下产生的压差与试验获得的压差非常接近;2种地锚分别配用不同孔径的喷嘴在一定流量下均能实现锚爪的顺利打开和回收关闭,获得了锚爪的开启流量、关闭流量以及对应的压差数据。研究结果对锚固过程控制钻井液的流量具有指导和参考作用。The cementing anchor plays an important role in pre-stress cementing for securing the bottom of casing. Both theoretical and experimental analyses have been conducted to verify its reliability. The flow rates for opening and closing slips of two anchors with different nozzle apertures have been measured. Meanwhile, the differential pressures of nozzles at different flow rates have been measured and the flow coefficients of nozzles have been determined. The results showed that the measured differential pressures of two anchors with different nozzle apertures are basically identical with the tested results. Besides, both anchors with different nozzle apertures could smoothly open and close the slips at certain flow rate. The obtained flow rate for opening and closing the slips and the corre- sponding differential pressures could provide guidance and reference for controlling the flow rate of drilling fluid during anchoring.
