摘 要:针对静止双罐式粒子回收系统存在的不足,设计了旋转储罐式粒子钻井回收系统,并对系统的功能进行了试验。该系统主体为粒子旋转储罐,其他结构还包括磁选机、钻井液池、输送带及配套的管路和砂泵等。在介绍系统工作流程的基础上,对旋转储罐的结构进行了设计,得出旋转储罐回收粒子的速度为1.08 m3/h,输送粒子转速为3.23 r/min。通过试验探究了粒子在旋转储罐内部筛桶的流动性,验证了旋转储罐回收系统的有效性。指出旋转储罐式粒子回收系统运行安全可靠,易于钻井现场应用,为提高深部耐磨硬地层机械钻速提供了技术和设备支持。To address the deficiency of static dual-tank particle recovery system, the rotating particle recovery tank system has been designed and its function has been tested. The system mainly comprises a rotating tank and other structures like magnetic separator, drilling fluid tank, conveyor belt and matched pipes and sand pump. Based on the workflow of the system, the structure of the rotating tank has been designed. The designed recovery speed of the rotating particle recovery tank is 1.08 m3/h and the designed revolving speed for delivering particles is 3.23 r/nin. A test has been conducted to understand the mobility of particles in the screen drum of the rotating tank, which has verified the validity of the system. In conclusion, the rotating particle recovery tank system is safe, reliable and easy for use at well site, thus providing technical and equipment supports to improve ROP in the deep wearresistant hard formations.
