历史街区“互助更新”改造模式的思考——以北京大栅栏历史街区为例

摘　　要：北京大栅栏地区是一个极具传统特色的、具有北京"活化石"之称的历史街区。由于一些历史原因,该地区近年来发展缓慢。该文选取大栅栏历史风貌保存完好的区域作为研究对象,从居民构成、商业活动和街巷空间三个方面进行细致深入的调查研究,在充分发挥原居民与新居民各自优势的基础上,提出历史街区的"互助更新"改造模式,通过产业互助、生活互助和居民参与社区活动三个方面,调动原住民和新居民的生活积极性,为社区自助更新挖掘内生力量,以探寻适合大栅栏地区更新的新模式。Beiiing Dashilan historical block is a very traditional, called ＂{iving fossil＂ area. Due to some historical reasons, this area had slowly developed in recent years. In this paper, we selected history preserved region of Dashilan area as the research object, investigated deeply on three aspects of the residents, business activities and street space, put forward ＂cooperant renew＂ transformation mode based on the fully respective advantage of the original residents and new residents in Dashilan historical blocks. We adopted three aspects of cooperant industry, so as to help mutually in life and participate in community activities, to arouse the enthusiasm of the original people and new residents＇ life, to realize community＇s potential of self-help renew, to explore a new model for the develop of Dashilan area.
