观赏性还是参与性——浅析新疆维吾尔木卡姆传承中心建设模式

摘　　要：由于新疆维吾尔木卡姆艺术入选联合国教科文组织"人类口头和非物质遗产代表作",近年来,木卡姆传承中心作为政府申报书中"保护计划"的承诺,在新疆由各地政府部门组织建设。通过调研已经建成的三个木卡姆传承中心,发现其建设模式普遍偏重观赏性。在分析木卡姆艺术的特色及传承背景后,指出木卡姆传承中心建设模式向重民众性和参与性转变是恰当和具有现实意义的观点。In recent years, since the Art of Uyghur Muqam was chosen as ＂Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity＂ by UNESCO and as a part of commitment from the application, several Muqam Heritage Centers were built or planned to be built by the government. After investigated three completed Muqam Heritage Centers, we found that their construction modes attached more importance to appreciation. Through analyzing the features and the backgrounds, we put forward that to change the focus point of construction modes from appreciation to participation is appropriate and have practical significance.
