摘 要:为了研究零上低温冷诱导和自然低温胁迫对结球白菜活性氧清除系统的影响,本试验以黔白5号、津青50和金黔小将等3个具有不同抽薹特性的结球白菜品种为材料,分别测定低温处理后叶片SOD、POD和CAT活性以及抗坏血酸和丙二醛含量。结果表明,低温下耐抽薹品种黔白5号叶片抗坏血酸含量以及SOD、POD、CAT活性值均高于其他2个品种,膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量则最低,表明其在低温胁迫下具有较强的活性氧清除能力,表现出更好的低温逆境适应性。Three Chinese cabbage cultivars with different bolting characteristics, namely Qianbai No. 5, Jin- qing 50 and Jinqianxiaojiang, were selected to unravel the effects of cold -induction and natural low temperature stress on their active oxygen scavenging system. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxydase (POD) and catalase (CAT), as well as ascorbic acid (AsA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in the leaves were determined after low temperature treatment. The results showed that AsA content and activities of SOD, POD and CAT in the leaves of bolting tolerant cultivar Qianbai No. 5 were higher than that of the other two cuhivars, whereas content of MDA, the final product of membrane lipid peroxidation, was the lowest among them. Therefore, Qianbai No. 5 performed the best effect on active oxygen scavenging under low temperature stress, and might be well adapted to chill stress.
