绿壳种蛋孵化期间钙磷含量的变化

摘　　要：选择长顺绿壳蛋鸡孵化期种蛋为研究材料,通过测定种蛋蛋壳、内容物钙与磷含量的变化,研究孵化期间蛋壳与胚胎钙、磷的转移变化与吸收利用规律。结果表明,孵化过程中,不同胚龄蛋壳的钙含量呈逐渐降低而内容物中的钙含量则呈相应增加的规律性。其中,以10-15d下降最快,从入孵到出壳蛋壳中钙减少0.65g,内容物中钙增加0.69g;蛋壳中钙减少量与内容物钙增加量基本相同,蛋壳中的钙转移到内容物中。孵化过程中蛋壳中磷含量基本不变,总量有损失,内容物中磷含量下降;蛋壳磷含量甚微,胚胎发育所需要的磷主要由内容物提供。The change, absorption and utilization characters of calcium and phosphorus in Changshun greenshell hatching eggs during incubation were investigated in eggshell and the embryo. The results showed that calcium content decreased in eggshell, in which, calcium content decreased rapidly from the 10th to 15th day, and that of the hatching - egg increased with the progress of incubation. The amount of calcium reduction in eggshell was almost similar to that of the elevation in hatching - egg in the hatching period （0.65 g VS 0.69 g）, suggesting that the calcium was transferred from eggshell to hatching - egg. During incubation period, the phosphorus content in eggshell didn＇ t obviously change, however, the total amount of phosphorus reduced. The phosphorus content in hatching - egg somewhat declined, and that in eggshell was very low, indicating that the phosphorus for embryonic development was presumably supplied by hatching eggs per se, instead of from the eggshell.
