摘　　要：随着中国铁路进入高铁时代,列车控制技术的市场需求和技术要求都有了很大变化。通过对国内列车运行控制领域传统的列车运行监控记录装置LKJ技术进行专利信息分析,阐述了国内列车运行监控记录装置的发展状况和未来发展动向,揭示了该领域技术发展路线和研究热点,为该技术领域相关企业采取专利保护策略提供参考。As China＇ s railway going into the ear of high-speed rail, the market demand and technical requirements for train control technology have changed a lot. Through the analysis on the patent information of traditional LKJ technology in the field of domestic train operation control, this paper expounds the development status and future development tendency of domestic LKJ, and reveals the development route and research hotspot of this technological field, providing reference for related enterprises to take patent protection strategy.
