摘　　要：健美操教学的实践性比较强,具有动作繁复、变化多段、复合性强等特点,因此在教学过程中,借助一定的辅助教学手段是非常必要的。新时代下,智能计算机辅助教学系统的出现更好地发挥了演示动作的功能并且还可以作为一种辅助教学手段为学生提供各方面的帮助。The practice teaching aerobics is strong,has the characteristics of complicated multi section, change action,composite and strong,so in the teaching process,with the help of auxiliary teaching means is very necessary.Under the new era,intelligent computer assisted instruction system appears to play a better demonstration of movementfunction and also can be used as an auxiliary means of teaching to provide the help for the students.
