摘　　要：本文由混沌理论的基本概念,阐述混沌理论有助于了解和掌握妇产科医生管理和培养工作的规律、丰富工作方法、提高管理和培养效率。然后通过观察妇产科医生管理和培养过程,比照混沌特征,初步认定其为混沌现象,并揭示了混沌理论对妇产科医生管理和培养工作的启示。This paper introduces the basic concepts of chaos theory, and points out that the chaotic theory helps to understand and grasp the laws of obstetrics and gynecology doctors＂ management and training work, rich working methods, improve the efficiency of management and training. This paper, through the observation of ob- stetrics and gynecology doctors＂ management and training process, according to the feature of chaos, explains the enlightenment of chaos theory on the management and training of obstetrics and gynecology doctors.
