摘　　要：中美太空合作是建立中美新型大国关系的重要组成部分。分析了中美太空合作的障碍,从国际关系、战略目标和技术水平3个角度,研究了中美载人航天合作的可行性,初步探讨了中美载人航天合作的内容,提出自下而上和由点到面2种合作途径。The US-China space cooperation is a very important component of the new power rela-tions between the US and China.The obstacles to the US-China space cooperation are analyzed.The feasibilities of the US-China space cooperation in manned space flights are carried out from the inter-national relation,strategy and technology.And the contents and the US-China space cooperation in manned space flights are preliminarily discussed and two cooperation ways are proposed from bottom to top and from point to surface.
