摘 要:通过80名在校大一学生10周的健康街舞练习对其社会性体格焦虑的锻炼干预,结果表明:每周2-3次、每次60-90min的健康街舞练习对干预大学生社会性体格焦虑有显著效果,且中等偏下的运动强度、力量与有氧耐力混合的锻炼方式适合于女生;中等的运动强度、结合力量训练的锻炼方式适合于男生。普通街舞选项课对干预大学生社会性体格焦虑作用不显著;影响实验效果的主要因素有运动时间、运动频率、运动强度、学校课程安排、选课机制及教学组织方法等。The 80freshmen are chosen for 10 weeks to receive the exercise intervention of school healthy street dance and the influences of the exercise on their social physique anxiety are studied. The results show:2-3 times per week, every 60-90min street dance practice of intervention had a significant effect on the health of college students social physique anxiety, and the lower middle of the exercise intensity, strength and aerobic endurance of exercise are suitable for mixed girls; moderate exercise intensity, of exercise combined with strength training for boys. General college street dancing class on social physique anxiety intervention had no significant effect; the main factors for experimental effects include exercise duration, exercise frequency, exercise intensity, the school curriculum, course selection, mechanisms and methods of teaching organization.
