中国雪上项目的发展困境与对策

摘　　要：简要回顾了中国冰雪运动三十多年来在世界大型比赛中的成绩,指出雪上项目一直是中国冬季运动短板的现实和困境所在。通过对我国雪上项目发展存在的问题进行分析,提出除了经费投入严重不足以外,困扰中国雪上项目发展的深层原因还包括体制、后备人才培养、社会基础和文化氛围等诸多因素。针对这些深层次的因素,提出了更新发展理念、完善管理体制、注重运动员全面发展、积极发展滑雪文化和滑雪产业等扩大根基的解决出路与途径。旨在改变雪上项目整体水平落后的局面,进一步促进我国雪上运动的繁荣发展。Briefly reviewing the performance of Chinese ice and snow sports in the World Games for more than 30 years,point out snow projects have been the reality and dilemma of Chinese winter sports coming up short. By analysis of the development of Chinese snow project＆#39;s problems,in addition to a serious shortage of funding,the deep reasons of restricting Chinese snow project development include the system,reserved talents training,social foundation and cultural atmosphere and other factors. In view of these factors,put forward the scientific development concept,improve the management system,pay attention to the all-round development,actively developing the solutions and ways of skiing culture and ski industry. In order to change the overall level of snow events which is behind the situation,to further promote the prosperity and development of Chinese snow sports.
