中国民航信息化发展的调查分析

摘　　要：根据中国民航信息化评价指标体系,应用问卷调查法对中国民航业的主要信息业务领域进行调查,涵盖民航业的航空公司、民航机场、空中交通管制部门、民航信息部门。对调查表所设指标进行重点分析,发现民航各单位对于信息化建设的重视程度较高,但信息化人才稍显不足;信息化建设的资金大多来源于自筹资金,说明筹资渠道较少,政府重视程度较低。指出各单位应加强制定信息化的规划和标准,大力培养信息化人才,建立信息化系统。On the basis of the evaluation index system for the informatization of China＇s civil aviation industry, a questionnaire investigation was carried out to learn about main information business areas of China＇s civil aviation industry, which covers airline companies, airports, air traffic control authorities and aviation information sectors. An analysis was performed on the questionnaire＇s indicators and conclusions were made, including aviation units attached higher attention to the informatization construction and less focus on professional talents; most of the infor- matization finance came from self-raised fundings, which indicates less funding channels and lower degree of government attention. In the end, it proposed that all units should enhance the planning and standard making of informatization, cultivate professionals and establish informatization systems.
