天柏金黄散外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨天柏金黄散外敷对缓解膝关节骨性关节炎的作用。方法:选取120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为三组,每组40例,A组采用常规治疗与护理,B组在A组的基础上加用李广海跌打祛风膏外敷,C组在A组的基础上加用天柏金黄散外敷。运用数字疼痛量表评估解疼痛程度。结果:治疗后3组的疼痛量表评分均降低(P<0.01)。治疗7天及15天后,C组评分低于A及B组(P<0.01);治疗7天后,B组和C组评分下降幅度高于A组,C组的评分下降幅度高于B组(P<0.05);治疗15天后,B组和C组的评分下降幅度高于A组(P<0.01)。A组治愈率为7.5%,B组为20.0%,C组为60.0%。结论:天柏金黄散贴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,起效迅速、方便安全有效。Objective： To explore the effect of Tianbai Jinhuang power coated on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： Choice 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients, randomly divided into three groups, 40 cases in each group, A group treated with conventional therapy and nursing. Based on A group, B group added Li Guanghai traumatic Qufeng plaster coated, C group add Tianbai Jinhuang powder coated. Used of digital pain scale to evaluation solution degree of pain. Resuhs ： After the treatment, the pain of 3 groups were decreased （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. After Treatment for 7 days and 15 days later, the C group was lower than A and B group （P 〈 0.01 ）. 7 days after treatment, B group and C group were decreased more quickly than that of group A, group C score decreased more quickly than that in B group （ P 〈 O. 05） ; 15 days ＇after treatment, B group and C group were decreased more quickly than that of group A （P 〈0. 01 ）. A group＇ s cure rate was 7. 5% , 20% in B group, 60% in C group. Conclusion： the treatment with tianbai Jinhuang powder coated on knee osteoarthritis is quickly , convenient, safe and effective.
