摘　　要：分析了当代大学生的管理必须坚持"以人为本"的价值取向,需要社会主义核心价值观的强力支撑,当代大学生社会主义核心价值观认同的主要路径在于管理者转变观念,充分利用教育教学、大学生日常管理等渠道,提高综合素质,促进管理价值的实现。This paper analyses the management of contemporary college students must adhere to the ＂ people-oriented ＂value o- rientation, thinks that the current college students management requires the strong support of the socialist core values, and points out that the main path of socialist core values identity of contemporary college students lies in the changing of administrators ideas, im- proving of their comprehensive quality, making full use of the education teaching, college students＇ daily management and other channels, and then to promote the realization of management value.
